The third rain is in our forecast. Alright, well yeah, I put my umbrella down on the deck table as well. Yeah, definitely a good idea, especially if we have any wind coming through. Hey, real quick, back to your enchilada sauce. Do you use something commercial or do you make your own from scratch? How do you do that? And what is your favorite, the red or the green? Well, this is W7J. I'm returning. I use what is it, old El Paso? Enchilada sauce, I don't make any of my own stuff. My wife has a few times, but I don't do that. But old El Paso sauce, and then I put my old green chilies in it, diced up onions, and that. It turned out pretty good, and actually the recipe I use is actually on the back of the green chile enchilada sauce from old El Paso. That's the way we've always made it. The way I've always made it, the daughter used to make it.
