I would agree, you know, this weekend we entertained Lisa's brother Mike, he was over here. Wells for Father's Day, we all went down and had Father's Day with Ben's, Lisa's father, his father. The other two sisters, well, one of the other sisters was there, one of them couldn't make it. And we just had a wonderful celebration with Ben's, he's 95 now. So it was good for the whole family to get together. Michael just retired from the University of Oregon as a professor down there. And he kind of surprised all of us saying that he and Wendy are seeking Italian citizenship and are planning to buy a place in Italy, in Luca. You've probably been there in Luca, Italy. And they just have this vision, they want to get out of the US, they want to go to Italy, it'll live a good life. Maybe you want to rent a place over there and spend some time before you actually buy a place and make a huge investment.
