Well, what's happened this spring and summer is we've had a jet stream that has a lot of what we call loops in it. It loops southward, but it's not moving fast. And sometimes it stalls. Okay? And when you have a slow moving jet stream or a jet stream that doesn't move at all, you get a pattern that gets stuck. And so there's why it's been this way all spring. It just repeats and repeats and repeats because nothing moves. Well, finally what's going to happen now is that high pressure area is going to create what we call a zonal flow west to east and a faster flow. And it's going to move the high pressure in and it's going to stop again. So we get into what they call a ring of fire pattern back.
