But man, oh man, I just don't get kids these days. I just really don't. And it's the parents. I mean, back in the day, you messed around at school. You'd get the strap or you'd get the plank or whatever they had to whip you with. I think that was excessive, right? Some kids really got hurt by that. And I don't think that was the answer. But like, there's something. You have to be able to do something to these kids. And these days, you're a bad parent. If you'd yell at your kids, like, what the hell? What are you supposed to say? Oh, well, Junior, that was a really bad thing for you to do, steal the car and run over the neighbor's dog with it. But do you want ice cream for dinner? My God, man, parents just are messed up in the head. These days, there's no discipline. They're not allowed to discipline. They're kids. You go to jail. Or you'll have to deal with child protective services.
