power supply that I was going to see if it was suitable for another project and the thing went up and smoked within a few seconds. Well, obviously that's no good for that. But I did get a different one. It's the CCL backlight inverter that I think I can modify. I'm going to see if I can convert that into a regulated DC power supply to provide about a thousand volts to that couple of milliamps. I think that one might actually work. First of all, I was able to power the thing up as it is and it ran without letting out any smoke. But the transformer looks like it's big enough to provide the couple of watts that I need. Yeah, that's all I get for now. 70 for everyone. 80, 70, 70, 90. Now, a delivery of toys sounds like a lot of fun. Hopefully you can get that power supply problem solved out a thousand volts.
