You can hear them lapping and you can hear the birds chirping. So that's the type of area we really like to get or live in here is where people are smiling all the time and are happy. As I said all the time, politics I let that other people to argue. I just keep interested in what the lifestyle is like there if it's quiet, what the terrain is like, things along that line.
