This is the Oscar morning net. The net was founded in North by stations in Alaska and taken over and run by a station from North Pole Alaska, WL7, Lp. The net started off as the original net state. The local area helped net for more miles. Over time it slowly expanded until it was covering up most of North America, the Canadian provinces and the 49 states.
