Good morning, Dan, and Annette, and the Seven LRE, meaning the very motorist, L'Aunette, C.T.A. just went to Ballard on the deck, where we have another very beautiful early summer day, it is summer now, isn't it? Yes, it is summer now. Temperature here is 60 degrees. We have a few white, heavy clouds overhead, but mostly blue sky, and looking up and down, there's a little hazy, but nothing very dramatic. And a very light, at the moment, very light breeze from the north. It has so far been building during the day, so that we do get a little bit of that natural air conditioning effect, which is much appreciated.
