Yeah, I base it off of necessity. I mean, if I can keep everything as it is, I will. And that's kind of what I'm doing now. So, and then after that, we'll see. I mean, why can I think about the use of ham radio? I really just get on for a few minutes every day. So that's kind of how it is now. I'm going to say, I'm here. I talk to you and I say hello to everybody. And I do more listening than I do talking. And, well, yeah, that's the thing. You got to keep everything you got. I got to get rid of a lot of stuff now. Because I'm moving. I'm going to be packing in a few weeks and getting this place all set up and painted. So I got to do the move. But you know what, you did the right thing. I'm glad you kept that house. But before, you were talking about just selling it. And you could never end up with a house like that again.
