On the moon there's no atmosphere to hide such an event like these torts streaming in. There's no atmosphere like we have here to burn things up. So when the torts hit, you know, there were no astronauts there, no television cameras rolling, no traumatic countdown, just the instruments sitting silently on another world waiting patiently to detect something. And then tomorrow, in 1975 they did. The moon was hit here on Earth. Small stuff would have burned up, but on the moon we heard them. You know, we detected them with those seismometers. So, you know, just kind of a little piece of history we don't often hear about. So with that, I would just say we left those ears on the moon. They're no longer functioning. I think they stopped some time in the late 70s. I thought I'd share that here tonight with all of you. So with that, good evening on your ears.
