The team around many simulations at once, sometimes completing thousands of hours of test over a second. After multiple virtual testing, the earnest team was ready to see if the rover could use its new autonomous algorithms to figure out how to drive over terrain features that were called. On passage to set over, they set up an optical course with sand for both worlds, purple piles, sets and seats floats in JPL's large yards, and outdoor terrain through its ground that they watched as the rover maneuvered the terrain on its own. This bed earnest has completed many such courses.
