And now we've got Jupiter. Jupiter is setting about 10 p.m. this week. By the time the sun sets Jupiter is in the south-listed sky and rapidly approaching the horizon. Jupiter moves from the constellation of Gemini. It's cancer shining at magnitude minus 1.8. So take a look and compare Jupiter with Venus. Jupiter is a mole to magnitude gamma. It's dimmer than Venus. It's just over six times dimmer. But it's very prominent in the evening sky, both of those objects. We've got Saturn. Saturn is rising all about 1.15 a.m. This week we look for Saturn towards the southeast in the morning sky before sunrise. Saturn is in the conflict. The pi c shining at magnitude is 0.8.
