We're doing great here today, how you doing today? Well, Laura, thank you for asking. It's supposed to be a high 90s day, which is too hot. It's 75 right now. We're actually under heat advisory. You guys are, you know, starting your day at 90 and going up. We're getting up to 90 and we got heat advisory. You know, they worry about us, you know, folks from cooler climates putting up with that. Like I said, 75 degrees. It's 16 degrees above average. It feels like 75 wind is like three miles an hour, nine mile hour gusts and zero percent precipitation today and 52 percent humidity. So yeah, pretty darn nice.
