I was reading some information, just trivia stuff, and it was talking about, believe it or not, aluminum foil. And it said which side is in, which side is out, and it said it doesn't matter. Now, that's the first time I've heard that. Said, one side shiny, one side dull, doesn't matter with the aluminum foil in the oven, not going to matter. The heat will go in, and the shiny side is not going to have a bit of difference. So, there you go. Believe it or not, something new to learn.
