and put on a yasue 8,900R. And well, it appeared to be compatible on the top end. There were some offsets that the TYT supported that the yasue did not. And yeah, that one was a hard one to figure out, because the display on the radio showed I was on the right frequency. But that wasn't where I was transmitting. So what radio are you fighting with Chirp? And I find it to be a great tool. But sometimes there's some incompatibilities. Well, I'm on a yasue FT65 right now, and that's not it. I don't have the programming cable for that. I have a couple of Baufang minis and a RAT-TEL 880. And I think from what I've read on the internet, the RAT-TEL is very new to Chirp. It wasn't compatible with it before. I don't know that the Baufang minis.
