You know, you see names and it triggers memories or other images in your head. So, sometimes you gotta be careful what you think. Because your mind may take you on a completely different trip. We just came to the canyon. I was wondering if I was gonna be able to get out of the canyon before it was my turn. And it turned out that it worked out. So, um, but here in Arizona, that little 30 mile stretch on the Interstate 15 between Utah and Nevada. Uh, to 8 more miles I'll be in Nevada. 95 miles I'll be at my delivery. It will turn around and head back. Um, I've been taking this digestion helper powder or whatever. But it loosens things up inside of you. And it doesn't always loosen them up at the most cooperative times. And, uh, you know, you gotta be careful. Uh, you have a restroom nearby. Yeah, it's probably not the best thing to take as a truck driver. But, uh, I've been pretty lucky. It usually hits me right in the morning. And that's when I usually take the drink. In the morning I mix in my super greens, my, uh, uh, the other powder that I take at Roundhouse. And then that powder for the digestive help. And, uh, and then I mix that up. Mix those three up together. And then take my other pills. Uh, my fish oil. Um, Robostam and aspirin. And this is repeater station kilo, kilo seven. Put back November. All-star, yoke.
