I mean, I think I heard you this morning. I had a very efficient morning. I got up and stopped with the Yama fruit market in Buffalo, where the wall of sweet onions are just wonderful. They're gorgeous. They're fabulous. Sometimes, you know, they used to, well, they still do. When they're really fresh, they'll come in with a top sum. And then sometimes, they're not that big. So if they're like that, you can buy a bundle. And then they're like, you wash them off and eat them, just like crunchy. You don't cut off the roots, wash them up, and enjoy. Just like that. Eat them like a root. You don't have to cut them up just to eat them. They're so wonderful.
