I thought, well, we've got to jump back on here and keep this thing going for a little bit. We don't like crickets, that's for sure. Although there's lots of crickets in the summer. Yeah, if I'll, I think you see, he lived here at Memphis, I think I've already talked about that summer. So we're close by here. Yeah, life in the big city. Getness with taxes around here is the only issue. We're in Midtown, we like that area near the zoo and everything, but yeah, they get you county taxes and city taxes. It's pretty unfair to me to have to pay both honestly. There, and that runs a lot of people off. Yeah, there Jay. But Field Day, our local club here, Delta Club's gonna do something out at Germantown in a nice park. So I might try to go in.
