see really it's really a hot day here 35 degrees C globally we're under a heat advisory and we we just stay indoors right now as far as coffee goes I have a little machine and it takes a cake up ground coffee and makes it and that satisfies me and I'm allowed to have three cups of three cups of decaf today and no more the reason being that they take their coffee raises your blood pressure and it took me a while to get my blood pressure under control it's normal now but no regular coffee you know my daughter is a my daughter I think she lives for coffee she goes to Starbucks every day
