I had a triple mypass. I'm working on four years now. My doctor said I would make it to a nice ripe old age if I stayed away from barbecue, red meat of any kind, a charred meat, smoked meat, anything like that. If someone wants to do that, well that's their choice. But he said that there are too many risk factors involved in consuming food like that. However, my wife will sometimes eat, you know, a roast chicken, rotisserie chicken, and we buy that at public supermarkets. I know of the restaurants at all. We don't patronize restaurants here, barbecue or whatever.
