into the Bay Area again and the the national insurance companies up here are impossible and too expensive and unfortunately we had to close our hands down Brian. Yeah it's it's near impossible to get any any insurance up here and you know do all the work that they request you to do and you're still gonna get dropped and then you're on the California Unfair Plan. It's yeah it's you're not the first time I heard the story of people you know having having to get rid of it it's just an impossible possible situation. Sorry to hear that.
