Well, great to hear from you tonight. And first off, happy belated birthday yesterday. That's pretty awesome. Hopefully you're feeling a little bit better today. But anyway, yeah, sorry we missed you at the picnic, but it sounds like you had a pretty cool excuse there of taking some motorcycle lessons. That's a lot of fun there, for sure. I love getting out on a motorcycle. I don't get to do it. I don't do it as much as I used to. But it's one of those things that every time I pull it out of the garage, I go, oh, man, I remember why I love this so much. But anyway, sorry to hear about your neighbor. That sounds like a real rough thing that they're going through there. But major score on the CDs. It's awfully nice of them to hand those over your way.
