Not too much else to add. I guess the other big thing is four weeks ago, I kind of awakened an animal inside myself growing up. I was a wrestler for 14 years. I played football and ran track too, but I kind of just got tired of being so skinny, so I started hitting the weight room and the calories hard. And four weeks later, I managed to build up seven pounds of muscle here. So I've been hitting creatine, protein powder, amino acids, and the weight room about three times a day. But I am fortunate enough to have a pretty waxed job in summer with a pretty proper weightlifting facility. So I just sneak up there a few different times a day. But man, I'm feeling great. All of my back pain has pretty much gone away. So yeah, there's been a lot of health benefits to it as well. And I can't say the lady friend has anything bad to say about it either. We've been running a lot too here around North Seattle. So it's been a little life changing a few weeks here. So sorry I couldn't get in on the nuts and definitely trying to balance life with AM radio. So we'll say seven three there with Brooks and all the cops. So seven three, let's get off the seven.
