I think it is, South of Ellensburg was closed for a while because of the fire. So they are picking up. She said the Yakima River is probably lowest she's seen for this time of the year. Lots more rocks exposed. And the problem is there's just not enough snowpack to keep the rivers going. So we're getting some rain.
