All right, we picked up Jeff Cam for QBC. Jeff, how was your weekend man? What are your plans for the week? Is it especially raining down there right now or was it over the last couple of days? Over to you. Cam for QBC. KQQ, PKG and for QBC. Actually, it's been pretty nice for the past week. Before that, we did go through a rainy spell for Pearl. So it's three weeks. It seems like it rained every other day. But lately it's been pretty high. Occasionally, shower, you know, not too bad. And just doing the usual yard work and trying to keep up everything, keep everything mowed and we needed and all that good stuff. It's a jungle. But had a good weekend, you know, church and my son's waiting is coming up this coming weekend. So we're we're in full.
