Alright, thank you, Andy. Bison burgers, you know, Bison is such a lean meat. I've had burgers, and I don't always love them. I like a fatty burger, but it's got to be a fatty burger that's either big enough, they want to shrink down, it's still shaped like a burger and not like a sausage or a meatball. But you need to give fat content to the burger, unless you do something with a bison burger, you almost have to figure out how to make it fatty enough to turn into a burger. I'll tell you what though, I just watched the video today on a, they call it Dubai taco, it's like a YouTube or I watch on, when he did a video, it's essentially a smash burger where they took a tortilla, well, seasoned it really well, took the meat, and then they put a tortilla on top of it and smashed the tortilla and grilled it that way and then rolled it into a taco. Fantastic, I totally want to try that one day. Well, maybe by day they are really good.
