I guess I better just go A for Andy on both of them. So, kind of busy. A kind of busy day today. So, I had my first bison burner and it was okay. It didn't taste a whole lot different from a regular beef burner. It was a little stronger flavor, a little more lean. So, they wanted to stick to the grill, which wasn't good. But I managed to cook them okay. They came out just at about medium. Maybe your slipped-hat, medium rare, which was fine. So, it turned out alright. So, hope everybody had a wonderful Father's Day.
