I was reminded of Bill recently. I got a pro tip from an SF local here, Lisa, who runs a sports nutrition company called Hummingbird Fools. Kind of a cool grassroots. They make basically powders that you mix for riding bikes and mix water with them. Anyways, she said one of the best places she likes to go for a post ride or even a mid ride fueling stop is this Chinese bakery up in the Richmond neighborhood, which is the real Chinatown. You know, they have Chinatown kind of over by where I live. But they say that the real Chinatown is up in the Richmond area there. And there's this bakery. You can look it up. It's called lung fun.
