on my workbench. That was enough to let a nerve get pinched. So now every few years, it's been about 15, 20 years since the last time I had about it. And usually you have those days where you do something and you're like I'm gonna feel that. I don't know what I did. I really don't. I was just sitting there working on updating software and stuff on my station and all of a sudden that was like and it's stability. I can't walk. I can't nothing. I mean it just takes me down. So I spent the whole next day kind of just sitting around doing nothing trying to relax and you know put ice on it put heat on it. This day was pretty good. A little stiff and then today I woke up and I was stiff again. So I'm hurting so much as this. So I've been out walking around, took the dogs out for a walk a walk a long ago. I think I'll be fine. I was a little worried that when it happened that I'd be down.
