up the digital station, that's what I was working on Friday when I somehow managed to pinch a nerve or something in my back but I got that ready to go and looking forward to this coming weekend it's gonna be fun. Yeah I take a lot to Advil and I guess get some heat on that sucker. Yeah I have been fortunate that I've only had one or two spells of doing something stupid to my back but each time oh my god I can't imagine folks who have chronic or repeated back pain I mean it seems like everything you do comes from your back and like no matter what you do you can't be comfortable. Yeah I can trace it back I'm pretty certain back to 1993 I was working in electronic shop I was working on a laser jet back in those days and laser jet for a side of my butt and all I did was pick it up and turn sideways instead of
