Hey, good morning there Barbara, good morning everyone, on that this is K-7J, Joe here in Los Vegas, Nevada. We've had a very rough night, some sleep about two and a half hours tops and that wasn't even, that was interrupted sleep, that wasn't even street sleep so I'm kind of tired today. Had a good day yesterday though, had plenty of energy and I don't know what happened, out of nowhere, plenty of energy and I could have got so much time and instead it wasn't expecting it so I just kind of sat around with the wife and we just tried to enjoy a few minutes together because we don't get much time together. So it wasn't time wasted, it was time well spent but I could have got a lot of other things done that I needed to get done and now today I don't feel all that great.
