to extulate. It's just wonderful to see it. And, you know, in the evening at 8 o'clock it's cooling off a little bit here in Florida. It's a little not too hot. So both ways, I like this weather here. This is sort of good weather. I prefer the winter here, which is December and January. It's the best time that I like. It's cooler. We get about a month and a half too much of coolness here. But anyway, back to you, Kevin. Yeah, and it's nice to get this sort of Florida perspective on that, right? So thanks a lot. And I do understand that you would want to wait for like a colder time, like maybe the spring or the fall solstice, that would be more preferential for you. So I definitely understand that, right? I mean, it would be like people who live in California in uncertainty.
