I know how to use it Plenty of people I know can now walk me through it if I ever have trouble You know like sometimes putting in PL tones or putting in memories and so I like that as an accessible HT but for HF and VHF UHF like for the whole gamut all things Kenwood and I think too as well the Kenwood factory is somewhere here in Toronto So if you need maintenance thing You Can still send it to somebody within the city right whereas if you send anything else out like walk
