I got a full replacement of my knee. So basically I got prosthetics of my knee. So anyways, that happened five weeks ago. The recovery has been slow, but steady. I'm actually riding my bike at the gym like 30 minutes every morning, every night now. I just turned that up this last week. I'm trying to get straight in and out and stretched and flexible and able to walk halfway decent. There is still some pain. They tell me the recovery rate on this is like two to three months to get feeling good and full recovery. It takes about a year. But yeah, I'm doing fine. Thank you. Back to you.
