There are big trees that have been around for centuries and they tend to fall and hit houses when there are storms and wind storms and all the rest of it. So that's what we worry about in this neighborhood, in this Berwick. Yeah, the trees, we've got a problem here. All the trees in my lot in this condo are dead. They've been declared dead by the government of Quebec, honestly, because I cannot cut a tree down here. If I cut a tree down without going through the proper paperwork and criteria, I could probably end up with a pre-air cut and end up in a padded cell for the night or something. They're very struck and stripped about that. The only ones that can cut the trees down are the tree people.
