Brain size has really no connection between intelligence and expressions of language and things like that. So animals can have a certain brain size because they do. It doesn't necessarily reflect their ability to process information and their intelligence. So for a prairie dog, my question would be for a prairie dog because they're a language according to Tom what I understand.
