It might possibly have an effect on your considerations there. I'll just mention the Kirkland City limits for whatever reason go out into Lake Washington around most of the downtown docks. I don't know why. It's a regular city limit that from about Marsh Park north to about one-e-to-be, the city actually is in the lake. I have no idea if that affects what you're considering.
