I would suspect it's probably a transmission problem. Usually, you wait until difference between transmission problem and a distribution problem. There's a distribution system will normally try to reset itself, so if the power goes out, you'll normally notice it try to re-energize one or two times, depending on how hard the fault is that the relay is C. But this morning it was just funny because I just finished cooking breakfast and I reached over to turn off the lights in the kitchen, and before I could turn off the lights in the kitchen, they turned themselves off.
