It's another beautiful sunny day here, not unlike yesterday, maybe even a little longer, I don't know. Kim, you mentioned you were 15 minutes from your work and it's nice to show the people that are within 20 minutes of their workplace are the happiest. So you should be a happy guy, yes. Well, Rich and I have had collisions on the radio a few times checking in but I don't think either of us is the worst for wear. I haven't gotten thrown off the balcony that I'm in and I haven't jumped on him too much so I think we're okay about all that.
