to tell you a funny story, my sisters had an easy bake oven and it took forever to bake one of those little cakes. So I decided to change the light bulb out for a much higher wattage which was not recommended by the company. It did bake the cake much faster but it also melted part of the oven. My sisters were not very pleased with that. KCT3, TBC, back to now. Oh and now that's interesting. I wonder why they weren't pleased. Oh boy. Well here I did find something here. Prior recalls in 2007 Hasbro issued a major recall for certain easy bake oven models. After reports of children getting their fingers caught in the front opening which caused entrapment and burn hazards. Oh man. So yeah.
