So, somebody else show up someday in the meantime, where we're just planning other ways to do it. Yeah, somebody will turn up, it'll be the perfect fit for them, and they'll realize what a deal they're getting, and sometimes it takes a little time, it's not always the best time to buy our fees. Gas prices being way up, that's probably a big detriment. So, since they are now on the dropping, so maybe here in a month or so it'll be a good time to buy one.
