Okay, Joe, well, good luck with getting that in the housing there. And hopefully you can do it yourself and don't have to pay somebody. And yeah, we do enjoy going into Motorhome in August. My son's coming up again with his motorhome and he's going to join us in the pine and we'll spend a couple of years. Be there a week. We'll be there a couple of weeks. And then we're going to head up onto the Columbia River and spend three days and then come back to the house and Michael's going to help me clean out my attic and then we're going to head up to Centralia, Washington. Michael wants to go into Mount St. Halvin Hallens, spend two or three days there visiting family and friends and then on up to Mount Vernon, Washington, pursues 60th high school reunion. So that's going to be almost a month trip. So we're looking forward to that. Thank you guys for the check in. And now let's let's go.
