That's pretty neat that the kids are going to keep it going. That's awesome. The government here, they were drafting law legislation that would, the way it was proposed or put out to the public that it would ban these large investment companies from buying up the land and properties. And then when you actually read the fine print, it limits them. It doesn't stop them, it limits them, but it limits them to 350 individual homes apiece. But what happens is the big companies, they get all these subsidiaries and smaller companies. And then each one of them could buy up to 350 homes or properties. So it's really not going to do anything at all. It's window dressing. It's just meant you sound good. And yeah, it's pretty neat. You got to see some of the World Cup games at different places. Excuse me. I'm only a casual fan, so I can only really watch soccer or football during World Cup time.
