In 1917, an executive order was issued to set aside 160 acres for the Winter Cub, Shoshone Indian Colony in Nevada. Our phone was done in 1934. The Indian Reorganization Act, 48 stat, 984 to 985 took place. Among other things, it was to permit any Indian to transfer by will-restricted lands of such Indians to his or her heirs or lineals, descendants, and for other purposes. To authorize the sale of individual Indian lands acquired under the act of June 18, 1934 in order to act of June 26, 1936. And finally, on the state of North American Indian History, in 1968, the Acting Assistant Commissioner of Indian Affairs approved an election by the House of Supervisors.
