four or five years and he decided to reinstall it and you've got to jump through hoops finally waiting for them to get back to you because it's got to match an email address that's registered to that software and oh my god what a pain. So they finally got back to me and said well this is the email address you use and I said that's the email address I've been trying to register it with and we don't know why it's working and then miraculously enough the very next time after trying 20 times the very next time I try it it registers something on their end so that was a point of frustration and the good thing I didn't absolutely have to have it right then and there. Yeah I've used the RG software I haven't had those problems but I wonder if part of that is related I think they only allow you to install it on one computer so if you've actually installed it and then you want to reinstall it
