Yeah, I've been here twice now. I have to, the thing here is they don't allow radios per se. There are some Vietnamese ham radio operators, but they're very few. And me being a foreigner and I'm on a visa, it's even harder to even. You actually have to take a test here. And in getting radio equipment here is next to impossible. But I found a way and EchoLink was the only way, only choice I really had. Okay, I've got it wrote down as W6EcoTilo.org. I will research that.
