Well, good morning, K7, PJ C. Phil located half on North Capitol Hill. So, both Eos, where I'm looking out over Lake Union in the sound, 100% Cavoo. On the Cavoo scale, blue skies. And it's 60 degrees, so it's a little warmer than yesterday. And barometer's gone down, 30.05. There's no wind here currently, but there's a good northerly at West Point at 11 knots. And, yeah, another beautiful day to get out there and enjoy it. And I even enjoy getting out in the winter and going up and going skiing. So, winter's not bad at all. So, get out there and enjoy.
