Good morning there, Dale. Great here and do again, getting a great job. And, you know, Opiex, yeah, it sounds like quite a father's day, so wow, 14 hours for that meal. And, you know, it sounds like it's going to be a great family day, for sure. Yeah, anyway, Dale, our mailing address is Glendale, but we actually live in Phoenix. Three houses down to the west is 51st Avenue, and across 51st Avenue is Glendale. I said that to sell. We're close by, so it will answer to either one.
