with this thing it's already got a bunch of ham channels on there you don't have to go type in talk groups there's no code plugs you just turn a channel not and you're on a different channel i mean i'd love it do drop in in michigan and all that run a system where i could just change a channel not and essentially all the nets that we've got on here everything to do with do drop in is just going to be accessible and like for someone like me who's got to be able to turn on the radio and see what's going on if someone messages me and say something though dead carrier there's someone keyed up or something someone keyed up normally i've got to pull out my phone i've got to connect to echo link see what's going on or if my repeater is not linked up for some reason i got a dialed the dt mf tones and get it linked up and blah blah blah with this thing i'll just be able to instantly turned on and i'm connected simple as that no messing around
