They're making a new law that if you have a garage and if it has garage doors on it, the book cars in it, the insurance companies are going to charge you more, a lot more. It's not like a couple hundred dollars. They're thinking about charging two or three thousand dollars more. Just for the fire insurance, cover all these fires that are happening all over. I don't think that's all across Canada, but because we were looking at some of the zoning rules before buying a land and what we can build, what we can't. We were looking at all the options and insurance companies right up there on the, you know, they don't want the build you a new house because you're skateboard caught fire. Well, I guess there's just new problems because people have new ways of transportation. I mean, I almost had one of those rides.
